They still have to decide what to do with Ingram and Picard at backup, so maybe both of them will sneak into games occasionally as they decide that.

They're in a risky spot if they lose one of them to waivers.

But Connor Ingram is 80% owned in Kupful.

I think he's a safe drop now.

I don't see this being a 50-50.

I think this is Jerry two out of every three games.

And eventually they'll figure out who the real backup is.

And maybe it is Ingram, but even then.

That's not worth owning him for one out of every three starts.

That's my opinion on the Edmonton situation, at least.

The other situation that's gotten a bit interesting is Skinner and Shilovs in Pittsburgh.

Since the trade, they'd been alternating starts until last night, where Skinner got his second start in a row.

From the coach, I think both guys have been playing really well.

I think Stu, just based off his play, his record coming off of the break, were going into the front ends of back to back, felt felt like he earned that right.

So that was the decision.

What I'm hearing here is

He's slightly taken the edge.

You know, they want him starting the front ends of the back to back, give him one extra start.

There's also a beat writer I saw, I forget which one, so I can't credit them, who said that he believes that Skinner should be starting two out of every three based on how the two goalies have played so far.

So based on those two pieces of news, I think it's safe to drop Shilovs and consider adding Skinner if he's available.
