Actually, all new characters from your first, correct?
Brand new book, standalone thriller.
And this one's really quite funny as well.
Just remind me about your first, because I want to ask you a question, because it was an absolute runaway success.
It was an extraordinary success for you.
Well, I was very lucky.
I won the Diamond Thriller Award at the Nibbies last year, and that was about parents looking for their kids who'd been radicalized in America before the last American election.
And that was quite a heavy book and I think it really hit a chord with what was going on in the world.
I really wanted to get away from the politics and have something a lot more uplifting.
But this book again has a bit of politics in it.
It deals with the Me Too movement in India.
which essentially started the same way it did in the West, but then just died, and it was the women who became victimised, the people that spoke out.
So whilst this is a funny book, there's a nugget there of hard politics.
Your first was like reading a car chase.
It was all action, it was an amazing read, it was a total page-turner, so congratulations on both, and it's great to see you.
One of the greats, Tony Robinson.
What are you writing?
