doing good uh trying to play all these video games i have a list of games that i like still like what's the fuss about that i need to get to so i can figure out what is my game of the year because there's still so many on my list that i haven't even touched they just keep coming you know last time we talked it was uh on the eve of of dragon age how's your time with dragon age been since that
phenomenal to the point where I'm looking through every turn over every rock looking at every blade of grass and just seeing if there's some coin there and then like just with all the side quests are just really actually really fun to see how they progress and the main mission stuff like I can get to it but it's like I want to check every box yeah this is taking me a long time
Absolutely. No, it's there.
Despite what others might say, I think it deserves a place closer to the top. But having a good time. Love the characters. Gameplay's really fun. Didn't expect that from this. As much fun as I'm having.
We were talking a little bit before the show. I was like, hey, is it normal to not play as many games when you start doing this? Because a lot of it's been like, hey, can we stream with our show, JK Games? Is it functional? Can people see us? Can people hear us? Are we on all the things when we hit start now? Chat, can you hear me?
True. Yeah. Um, but it's been a lot of fun and I'm eager to, uh, see what I do next every week. I'm like, let's see what happens. Let's see what we make.
Um, just a regular schedule has been a big win.
I mean, it could be a lot of things. And, you know, I think this is the first Game Awards in my eyes. I'm like, I can't really predict a specific thing that can show up because I feel like this is an opportunity for so many things to sort of kick off the next year in terms of hype. But, you know, all of my friends said that there was, you know, the 30th anniversary PlayStation video.
I haven't watched it yet, so I feel like a loser, but yeah. Everyone's wanting like a Bloodborne remake. Like, you know, I don't know. Could that show up? Is that the thing? Is that the thing to get everybody hyped? I don't know.
It'll be multiple things that maybe this person's hinting at too. I don't know if it's one big thing or lots of stuff.
jerica do you have any interest in indiana jones and the great circle i'm probably a unique specimen like in most cases where i've watched the first movie not a huge die hard fan obviously um when i think of what indiana jones does i for me personally and this might sound like i just think of nathan drake and uncharted and like how this game could
you know sort of how is this game going to be something different and i really think like it what a great move for uh machine games to be the ones that sort of get this going because i think that was a match made in heaven like as far as like i've played wolfenstein too that was the last game i think they actually actually put out besides like the dlc could be wrong yeah the whole wolfenstein line on uh recent consoles yeah
OK. But yeah, as far as I had a great time playing that, it was a lot of action. I maybe remember a little too much going on on screen, but that's sort of the ride with Wolfenstein. So I'm excited to get my hands on this one, just because I'm always down for a great story. And then Troy Baker apparently is killing it.
So to hear his talent come through with some voice. And, you know, as far as, like, I go back and forth about, like, narrative-driven action-packed games that are first-person versus third. I go back and forth because I tend to like both styles in different situations.
So I'm curious to hear, like, with your hands on, like, go ahead.
I guess how the game plays like with the, I've watched some clips that people play in Indiana Jones early. And I really am curious because I see a lot of fists going everywhere, a lot of punches. And, you know, when it comes to third person, like, it can be a challenge for that kind of combat and even just, you know, shooting. But I think about Uncharted and how that felt pretty good.
But with this, I'm just curious of how it feels because I don't know until I sort of get my hands on if it feels smooth, not chunky or like clunky. I mean, like running around and like picking up stuff. How does that feel? And I'm just like, what do you in this one? Like, I haven't played, so I have no idea. But, you know, do you have weapons? I see a whip during some of the scenes.
Are you upgrading your whip? Are you upgrading your fist?
Yeah, I think I saw someone say specifically, this is a great movie that never came out. And I think that speaks to, if you are a fan, that the story is definitely one you don't want to miss out on.
