You know, I, I, I love like the tech crew and like all that stuff.

And, uh, I just know how important it is to have a shop in the city.

So me and my partner, like, it was kind of like an idea that we just threw out together.

Like maybe not even that long ago, like January.

Okay.

And I just started like kind of casually looking for a spot.

And this was like the first spot I found.

And when I, when I came and viewed it, it was just like a no brainer.

It was like, the street's amazing.

The neighborhood's amazing.

It's in between eggs and the Lynch skate park.

It's right in the downtown of the mix where all the skaters skate commuter rails right here.

So we're getting a lot of traffic from like just kids coming from out of town.

Cause this is where they go.

They go to North station, which is right here, which is the orange line and the purple line.

So it's like anybody that's coming into the city is coming into North station, South station or back bay.

And it's just, it's just in the middle of all those places.

So it's just crazy.

I don't know.

There was a, there was some strategy and some thought put into it, but not much for starting a business.
