Yeah.

It's so funny you bring this up just because Kim and I had the conversation yesterday about how much longer we think we'll be in the house.
Only because my older son is 21.
I don't know how much longer he'll be with us.
Maybe another year.
Maybe.
Maybe two.

And I said to her, I'm like, once he moves out, what do we, like our house isn't, there's nothing huge about our house.
I'm not, but it is a 3,200 square foot house.
And the backyard is a great size, but they're not kids anymore.
It's basically used now to have parties, you know, people over to have drinks.
And my 15 year old hits golf balls back and forth.
Like that's what my, that's what it is.
And so we had the conversation about, you know, what do we do?
And, you know, I think ultimately the idea is to see where my younger son goes to college and if he is going to try and compete.
