And he was like, Jess, keep your eye out every day, all day, whatever you're doing.

If you're at the shops, keep an eye out for something that you see a lot of or you see is going to be used a lot.

Like just really keep an eye out, like on the ground research.

And I was like, that's a good example of it.

Now, I automate all my investments.

You mentioned before you're doing the percentage approach.

I've got my head around that.
