I had a therapist a few years ago who decided that he was going to do something called walking therapy.

And so he said to me, we're not going to meet in the room anymore.

We're going to meet outside and then we're going to walk and talk.

And I was like, really?

He was like, yeah, yeah, it's a thing.

It's called walking therapy.

I was like, right.

And then we stopped even meeting outside the building.

We just met up in Regent's Park and went for a walk.

And I was like,

I don't know, like, what if, like, I start crying and I'm just going to be crying.

And it did happen a couple of times.

He was like, don't worry about that.

And then one time he was the same age as me or like a little bit older.
