Like, yeah.
Like and so h being able to separate current events from past, especially past very negative or traumatic events, is one of the difficulties that many people with depression have.
Now
This is kind of a tricky one in that depression, it's kind of like cancer.
It's a big family of illnesses.
There can be lots of different molecular mechanisms.
There are lots of different social and environmental factors around it.
So it's not necessarily to say that, you know, every single person with depression would be having this sort of issue in their hippocampus or that a future therapy to target it would work for everybody.

Yeah, I love hearing exoplanet stories as well, but I always find it a little bit frustrating because often it's like, oh, new exoplanet found.
And it's like, great, tell me more about it.
It's 50 times the mass of Jupiter and it orbits like a foot away from its star.
And I'm like, that's not a planet that I foresee myself or something like me living on.

It is interesting.
But what's really cool about this exoplanet that's just been discovered by a team at Harvard is that not only is it a rocky planet, it's orbiting a red dwarf, and it's in the habitable zone of that red dwarf, so within the type of planetary orbit that we find ourselves in.
And what's really cool about it is that it seems to have an atmosphere.
The existence of rocky planets and indeed those with atmospheres is very likely, but they're quite hard to detect.
