Somebody was like, this rain gear keeps you warmer.
Rain gear does not keep you warmer unless you're going for a vapor barrier.
No, no, no, no, it doesn't.
It has zero insulation.
It has zero insulation to it.
But you can get insulated layers.
So I'm not saying don't bring insulated layers, but you can get natural insulated layers that when wet will still keep you warm.
and like wool like wool even synthetic layers like a good like a good synthetic puffy um it won't compress it will keep you warm or get wet and your body will if you're active and doing a high intensity active this is why trail runners trail runners like they're just they're just run through the rain i just recently saw one they're just running through the rain because their body is fun though they're no it's not fun but their body is so hot that they are evaporating that moisture pretty quickly and
