I don't know if... Part of me thinks the lights are on, but nobody's home.

And we don't have a framework where it's like, if Russia and China are at parity with the US on this stuff, we need to roll it out.

And we need to use it in our cities and make the world a better place and just admit that this stuff is real.

And then if they're not...

you know, maybe there's some, you know, extreme reason for secrecy.

What's weird is I feel like I'm living in the Truman Show sometimes because, like, I truly, truly, like, I don't think I'm

an idiot.

And, like, I feel like I've, like, amassed a lot of, like, evidence on this stuff.

I mean, I don't know.

I could just have a bunch of crazy, useless facts.

But... It's just weird.

I feel like I get back, like, you know, you, like, poke the bear with statements like this.

And...

I don't know whether it's like maybe it's held in private hands.

And so the private hands don't have these sort of frameworks that they adhere to.

And because a lot of the DOE is entangled and DOD is entangled with a lot of these contractors.

The contractors often act like these fiefdoms where they...

make these like experimental updates.

And then they become these, I mean, if you think about like tech is kind of your power and your leverage.
