From commander in chief to comic relief, 78-year-old Maine Democratic Governor Janet Mills is making Joe Biden the butt of a joke, all while reassuring voters that her age isn't a problem in a high-stakes Senate race.

Dana, I think it's going to be difficult for her because I'm not Joe Biden is ruthless.
