And many people believe he now haunts the second floor of the Licking County Jail and his cell.

So that's where me and Dave set up to do our investigation together was there.

And we decided to use the music box and the REM pod.

And we were sitting in the hallway using it.

And we were getting some responses here and there.

And we were trying to speak to Carl when we did this.

And one thing we ended up doing was we decided to switch our tactic like halfway through.

We're like, well, everyone tries to communicate with Carl.

What about the people that actually committed the crime?

Because if you're haunting somewhere, maybe you're haunting doing the worst thing you ever did in your life, which is going up and ending the life of a 17-year-old kid.

So as soon as we switched and we were like, were you the ones responsible for this?

Our devices started going nuts.

The REM pod really started hitting all the time.

The music box went off so much to the point that I think we reset it two or three times, Dave.

We kept shutting it off.

We were like, is this just not calibrating properly?

And we would calibrate it, and then it would start.

And then there was that weird part where it actually went faster.

Yeah.

First time I've ever seen it do that.
