What kind of relationship did you develop with smoking then, even as a young person?

Like when you were going, taking those breaks, did it feel like a stress relief?

Was it a way to bond with friends?

Yeah, well, that's a lot to go through as a young person.

So I just really admire when you're facing that kind of struggle, you turn to being healthier.

Some of us, we want to hurt ourselves when unexpected things happen to us and we're going through hardship like that.

And so I just think that really stood out to me that you're like, hey, I want to prioritize my health here.

And that inspiration from your daughter is absolutely beautiful.

And to quit on her birthday, I really think that's awesome.
