Yeah, and I think she's doing three runs a week.
She's doing the Sunshine Coast full marathon, her first one.
We will get her on the podcast, I think, to talk about this because I think people will be interested.
And anyway, it's just proof in the fact that she trains hard and
and but also quite carefully and um cleverly and what time she has and she pushes herself really hard when she trains too and she's bloody fit and so strong takes move at mama hybrid 35 and does hit hybrid 35 and then she'd probably do a loaded and then she does her runs which if she's not training for an event would be like
one to two a week, but I do think she's trying to do three a week now.
You know, but for her half marathon that she did in one hour 40, she only really got out for two runs a week.
Well, I mean, that was mine, right?
And there's nothing you can do.
You've just got to do it if you want to do the marathon.
I reckon my mindset is really poor.
no, it's not because you are always doing, making yourself do, no, it's not.
That's factually incorrect.
You're always making yourself do things that you don't want to do.
And you're always pushing yourself hard and stuff.
Running, you know, when we think of running, you haven't been able to properly immerse yourself into running.
So there are things probably holding you back mentally as well as physically with it.
