I have, but I woke up without any kind of ache or pain.

Like I felt like I was like, but I had a sauna last night.

I'm going to get one one day.

Where did you go for one?

I went to just like a neighbor, like a drove.

I was thinking how this is so like a blessing that I just put my togs on and walked to the car in my towel.

And I was thinking, you can't really do that in Christchurch.

So just a nice little thing that I found happy.

It was 7.45.

So I got to bed and stuff and I went round.

I got, so it's one of just a friend and I had been texting him.

the husband, and he said, hey, I've had my

sauna with my son but like my wife is gonna go and would you like to have a sauna with her it'll make you feel really good I mean I know these people quite well and I was like but I've never really hung out with her on my own or anything like that but I was like yes and he was like they've got four kids and when I got there he was like oh I didn't that was so spontaneous he's American it was so spontaneous like a mom of four being able to just do that and I was like yeah I'm quite routiney like I'm got it down packed so I was so happy to go and we had 17 minutes in the sauna then we went under the cold shower then we went and did it again

and then i went home and i just all my children were awake moral of the story is why what happened to the little one the little one couldn't sleep so like carlos was in there trying to like tend to him i'm like oh my god oh because dan couldn't either stand on largely or anyone or dan's in bed at seven anyway he's not even near them because he's isolating in the narrow room

Do you like a sauna?

Yes.

You don't need to get a sauna.

You've got a good little nook space for a sauna.

And it's so good for us, eh?
