Florida Congressman Maxwell Frost says he was assaulted by a man who punched him in the face and told him he was going to be deported.

Frost characterized the man as screaming racist remarks, then drunkenly running away.

adding that he was okay after the assault.

Court documents revealed the man, Christian Young, was initially caught jumping a fence to get into the event.

He then left but somehow got back in.

A second victim, a woman, told police he grabbed her at the bar and told her she was going to be deported as well.

When police arrested Young, he apparently had a Sundance access pass that had not been issued in his name, and he told officers he didn't remember his name nor what had happened, prompting his arrest.
