Florida Congressman Maxwell Frost says he was assaulted by a man who punched him in the face and told him he was going to be deported.
Frost characterized the man as screaming racist remarks, then drunkenly running away.
adding that he was okay after the assault.
Court documents revealed the man, Christian Young, was initially caught jumping a fence to get into the event.
He then left but somehow got back in.
A second victim, a woman, told police he grabbed her at the bar and told her she was going to be deported as well.
When police arrested Young, he apparently had a Sundance access pass that had not been issued in his name, and he told officers he didn't remember his name nor what had happened, prompting his arrest.

The IRS says today's the day you can start filing your 2025 taxes, which are due by April 15th.
So get those W-2s or 1099s in hand.
Changes to keep in mind this year due to the so-called Big Beautiful Bill include new deductions, like up to $25,000 on tips and over $12,000 in overtime.
The federal limit on deducting state and local taxes was raised to $40,000 for most people, and there are also deductions for those older than 65, as well as for those who purchased U.S.
You can apply for a tax filing extension, and the IRS does not demand a reason, but you do need to file an official form.

Texas Republican Congressman Brandon Gill questioned Jack Smith's effort to obtain Republican phone records as part of Smith's investigation into January 6th, noting he got the records, including of then-Speaker Kevin McCarthy, under a nondisclosure order so phone companies couldn't notify targets of the investigation.
Gill said Smith called lawmakers a flight risk.
Smith defended his decision.
Republicans said this violated rules protecting lawmakers engaged in legislative acts.
