That had a full round of nominations from the service, which we know a lot of people don't know, you know, has to go to the Senate, has to go to, you know, get recommended from the DOD.

Then it goes to the Senate and then it gets confirmed and then goes to the White House.

So there's a couple of places where things get chopped.

So just looking at the numbers.

Compared to the overall percentages of women that are currently holding those positions at the 07 level, we have been reduced in one year by 45% of selection.
