It is not a performance indicator for your career that you have chosen or been selected for.

When I became a pilot, I had to do additional tests.

I had to take a test to show that I could tolerate a certain amount of Gs.

If my head weighs seven pounds sitting here, my head is going to weigh, you know, you know this, right?

So if you're pulling seven Gs and my head is seven pounds, it's now going to be 49 pounds when I do a turn.

So I have to show that I have the physical strength.

So I had to take a strength test.

No one lowered those standards for me.

It was gender neutral.

And every checkride I've ever taken, you know, there is a standard.

It is black and white.

You must land this many feet from center line, this many knots.

This length down the runway, no one gave me an extra foot or an extra knot because of my gender.

The aircraft does not care.

Just like you said, the F-18 on that carrier landing at night, the aircraft doesn't care.

You either can do it or you cannot.
