And I do appreciate your points and there's a lot of truth to them.
But again, it comes down to the nuance.
And, you know, when we're talking about, I'm just talking about my experience and these kind of macro concepts are really important and it's important to have those discussions.
And I think the pressure should be on the government to, you know, provide better health care for all.
Oh, I definitely do not think a physician discriminates from one patient to the next.

You know, I have been to a million and one baby groups over the past seven months with all different types of people, with all different types of birthing experiences.
And some people have had the most incredible experience in public health care.
Some people have had terrible experience with consultants.
It is so varied and, again, so personal.
And that was the reasoning for my choice to go private this time.
Now, the optimist in me thinks, well, if there is another child in my future, maybe there will be some more options available to me.
And if I feel I would love to maybe not necessarily go private, again, as I said at the start, I actually have quite a holistic view on birth.
But just given my experience with my loss and my subsequent pregnancy, that is the path that I wanted to take at that time.
Again, if I am successful in having another pregnancy in the future,
it may be wildly different because maybe my values have changed.
Maybe I have, you know, more confidence in myself and the system and being a mother and understanding things better.
