All of that was good for me because I took that.
I remember being in my interview for my first proper marketing job.
and talking to the head of marketing about YouClub and explaining that I was guerrilla marketing.
You call it guerrilla marketing these days, which your listeners probably wouldn't know what that means, maybe, or the word guerrilla spelled differently to, not the ape, the great ape.
But the act of going out and just making do with what you're doing, being scrappy and going, I'm going to stick a sticker on a lamppost or in the toilets or give a flyer to a bar or go up to somebody in the streets.
I remember making these business cards from a service station on the motorway.
