We've spoken with brands in Southeast Asia and Europe, they said, Oh, Chinese brands competing against us But I said for most industries they're they're just competing against each other.
It just happened to be brought into that war because during that competition those guys managed to innovate products much faster and keep the cost much lower compared to what was actually expected for that industry.
Hello.
Hello.
Hello.
I think the first summer is very hot and I'm glad someone is about to go to get over.
And this year you hear lots of news about the heat wave in Europe, et cetera.
But s several cities I've been to in July and August, the temp the temperature was like thirty-nine, forty two.
And the soon I came back to Singapore I felt, okay, yeah, this is cooling.
And I've seen clips of people checking at Beijing Airport with their checking luggage essentially which is like air con units.
Yeah.
And the interesting thing here is that so why do the consumers and small businesses have to buy aircons from China?
And and I saw a interview with with valve manufacturers and they said, Oh, precisely as you said, right?
Because there's lots of r regulations that prevents the conventional aircon unit to being stored and so what the air con manufacturers in China did is that okay, they look at the regulations.
If something they said that
the the the restrictions that you can't have something above a certain threshold, they would design a new unit that's right below that threshold.
So the ability to industrialize the engineering part of that and come out with products very quickly to fit into the needs and the specific needs, that's something which which has been a story of Chinese manufacturers for many years.
And if I would say that was a story for Japanese Korean manufacturers may maybe decades ago.
But I think uh I think the Chinese manufacturers are also taking a baton for that, being very flexible.
And the funny thing is that one of the largest aircom manufacturers in China, whose boss is almost like a celebrity, because she always says like bombastic words about work ethics of her young employees.
