What the solar and wind industry are used to doing is getting money directly from large pension funds and pushing all the risk off to the contractors who do the work.

And the contractors say, Don't worry, we'll take cost over on risk, we'll do everything else because this stuff is crazy easy.

And so now low-cost infrastructure funds can invest in it, right?

When you go into geothermal, Halliburton SLB say, We don't take any risk.

You pay us as a drill.
