So I wear many hats here.

And part of that is accounting, bookkeeping, controller type lives, as well as project management.

So a little bit of everything.

Obviously, when we get invoices in, we're either getting them emailed to us or

through snail mail, this still happens every so often.

So those come in, we in the pre-adaptive days would have to manually enter those into our computer management software, which would push through to QuickBooks.

We also work hand in hand with that.

That's where he pretty much would print all the checks and just took a long time to get through everything, which was also frustrating and annoying all the things

Last thing I want to be doing is taking a ton of time entering all the bills, all the bills.

Adaptive, I know we got, that's where kind of Holly really jumped in and was able to help with the AI stuff that was available.

I'd shuffle those invoices to her and directly into Adaptive, which we take full advantage of.

Then her and I on a weekly basis, we'll sit, go through those, just

Cross-reference, make sure payable, you know, the person we're paying, dollar amount is good.

And then from the field side, we reconcile making sure like, yep, this is done and complete bill to be paid.

A little similar, but yet not as efficient, I would say.

So we've got a cost coding system.

I'm sure like every other builder out there, we've kind of revamped that too as our
