Now, I am not anti-rental income.

It's just really hard to manage property, make money with that property, and there's huge risk, right?

You know, everyone always talks about rental property.
It's the greatest thing in the world, except then you've got a renter who trashes your place, except you have a recession and all of a sudden you don't rent the place for four months, except that you've got other priorities and there's no liquidity.
