No, I don't.
They ran 300,000 copies.
Your books change people's lives.
friends in common or just to say you do have a bunch of friends in common friends list offline because they're not you know i mean that would be kind of okay i mean i'll say hi to laurie anne stevenson how about that um it's nice to meet you uh and i really am watching closely what you're doing and i hope that with the new administration coming into california that maybe you'll take an interest politically here and consider some of the you know health um commission positions that are going to come up because there's going to be a lot
Well, we could drag you back.
Having said that, there's really nothing like California.
I know a lot of people feel like they've made homes elsewhere, but if we can take back Sacramento, I think most people will come back.
Well, so I wrote a paper called the Great American Credit Union, which is kind of the opposite of it, basically to turn the tax into a loan, a low-interest loan, to try to convince people that leaving costs 5% anyway.
So if you go, if they leave, they're staying gone.
So hopefully I'll be able to keep a few here, but we've already lost about 18% of the total they're going after.
I'm calling them the top 200.
So here's some math that's really crazy.
It's almost unbelievable.
So California has approximately 40 million people, only 17 and a half million pay taxes.
So less than half pay taxes.
And those taxes go into the general fund.
The general fund is how we pay our payroll and road repair, whatever we have to pay.
The general fund used to be about $300 billion a year.
Now it's already down because of all the people that left already to $265 billion.
So hold on to your bucket.
