I mean, look, Tom Holman is as obvious a criminal as I've ever seen in government.
I've been around for 40 years.
I've seen a number of them.
And if you're going to prosecute John Bolton for keeping a diary and you don't prosecute Pete Hedges for leaking our national security secrets and intelligence operations on Signal...
then you understand very, and if you're going to pardon an overt criminal like George Santos, you understand that the criminals are going to get preferential treatment.
That's not a government anymore.
That's a mob.
That's a mafia family.
Hey, Rick, you were talking about... No, no, no.
Come on, Jim.
Hey, listen, so you were talking about people's rights and qualified immunity and all that.
Qualified immunity doesn't keep you immune or gives you impunity from violating people's Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.
And then also the Second Amendment.
I stirred up a lot of Republican and Fox News ire this week by saying, hey, look, I think this is kind of the moment that the Second Amendment was written for.
And these Second Amendment rights people need to be cognizant of that.
This is indeed a constitutional crisis.
And if anybody is upset that I'm telling people they should take advantage of their constitutional rights and explore them in this particular time, I'm only doing what you have been telling people to do for decades and decades, which is also constitutional.
What do you say to that?
I'm old enough to remember when they were talking about Second Amendment solutions to Hillary Clinton.
