we know it's definitely illegal.
No president should be able to just go and bulldoze part of the White House.
So the president has gotten mixed signals as to what he can and cannot do as part of our system of checks and balances in this country.
And so that's why I would love to see Judge Kelly, when he renders this decision, to say,
with no uncertain terms and deliver a full-throated defense of the First Amendment in this country.
Donald Trump needs to know, no more going after the press, no more taking press passes in this country.
If you want to go off into retirement and deny access to the press at Mar-a-Lago, have at it.
This is the people's house and it doesn't belong to no matter what you think and all the things that you want to build there, helipads and rose garden patios and everything else.
It's our house, not your house.
And one day you will have to go.
And in the meantime, you got to play by our rules, not your rules.
And so I hope the judge lays down the law a little bit.
It's time that somebody puts Trump in his place when it comes to our Constitution.
I really believe that.
And if it goes to the Supreme Court, which he might do, he might try to appeal it all to the Supreme Court.
We need we need John Roberts to search his soul.
We need these conservative MAGA justices to search their souls because a Democrat may be in office one day, too.
