The fact that she was removed from the location generally tells us that the person who did this has a known connection to her, the location, or both.
He looks like he's fairly relaxed.
He does move very smoothly, but he doesn't look like he was prepared for that camera.
So when he saw it coming up the walkway, he ducked his head down.
And then he had to go and grab some brush to try to cover it up.
And then when that didn't work, he somehow smashed it.

That tells me again, he didn't he didn't plan as well as he thought he had planned.
So he may not be that familiar with the location.
However, there's roofers, there's lawn care people, there's tree trimmers, there's there's pool people, there's repairmen.
There are a number of people, delivery people, Uber drivers, Lyft drivers that have been to that house.
All of those people, I'm sure, are on the FBI's interview list.
And all of those people potentially interacted with her to the extent that they found out she lived alone and that she would be vulnerable on this particular night.
So I would expect that there is at least that kind of connection between this person and the victim, Nancy.
Well, Don, a lot, a lot really,
relies on what the motive was.
So if this was a kidnapping, a pure kidnapping motive, then the motive is to get money.
And I don't know if they paid or if they plan to pay, but that would probably motivate the person to keep her alive so that they can get this money.
if the motive was different.
And the other motives potentially are revenge, personal ideology, or sexual.
