analytical product that they can write up now which that is supposed to be shared with the community that's the whole point you write something up you share it with the community no they decided they're going to keep it inside the cia and not propagate it outwards if oversight wants to look at something look at those papers that are being written that are meant to stay inside the cia and not go anywhere
