At this point, if we're serious about reform, we just got to lay it all out and let it... If the documents that come out, these operational records come out, and they show all sorts of wrongdoing that happened decades ago, maybe we can finally start correcting those mistakes that happened and improve...
The institutions.
I physically handled the MKUltra documents, okay?

DNI was locked out of getting those access to those documents.
And some of those documents...
They're going to use bureaucratic doublespeak to talk about why DNI doesn't need certain documents, why some of these documents probably need to stay behind closed doors.
It's all bullpucky.
It's too old.
It's too long ago.
You could say the same thing with the COVID Act of 2023.
That was unanimously passed.
