All of them said, yep, we got a check.
So I personally filed an Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties complaint.
And I blind CC'd every single unvaccinated officer in the CIA.
And then when nothing happened after 40 days, I sent it up to the intelligence community inspector general.
I said, you need to investigate this.
My problem is they're purposely waiting longer than a 45-day period because as soon as I cc'd all these unvaccinated officers, as soon as I cc'd them, they have a 45-day window to file an EEO complaint.
I know a lot about the complaint process now.
Never used to.
Never made a complaint until COVID.
And I wanted to give them the chance, if they were upset about it, to actually file those complaints.
A bunch of people filed the EEO complaints.
But all we really wanted was, and again, this is under Director Radcliffe, all we wanted to do was to expunge the records.
The investigation occurred in 2021.

It was discovered.
So after it was discovered, we said, hey, listen...
new administration, this is an easy fix.
