The secret to giving up cigarettes is this, is you stop envying people who are smoking.

It used to be you'd give up cigarettes for a while, and every time I'd see a cigarette, I'd go, oh, geez, I wish I could have a cigarette.

You've got to start looking at them like they're slaves to nicotine and that you're free.

That's the only way.
