Yeah, look, 55 days before the election, the last place in the world a Republican candidate should want to be is with Donald Trump in Dallas, Texas.

You want to be on your campaign, on your campaign trail, talking to voters and avoiding a national message.

Midterm elections are about uh referendum on the president.

And the last thing Republicans want to get uh is tied to Donald Trump and his failed policies.

But you know, I

I agree with you.

Some of these people are looking at it and saying, look, I have enthusiasm problems.

As you know, Jen, from when I run campaigns, I care more about voter enthusiasm than I do anything else.

And when you start looking at the polls, Republicans have a real enthusiasm gap.

So someone like Husted, if I was his campaign manager, there's no way I would put him in Dallas.

But apparently, their view is they've got to get Democ or Republicans excited about this guy.

And they gotta go beg Donald Trump for money.

He's sitting on four hundred million dollars in MAGA Inc., which he's spent almost none of it.

The only amount he's spent is on a TV commercial praising himself.

And with fifty-five days left, he's the last big checkbook out there to go beg.

So they charted out a bunch of Republicans last week to say that the four hundred million dollars in the MAGA super pack was really Donald Trump's money and he could do with whatever he wanted.

Jen, I think this is more about his uh library and his foundation he wants to do after the election.

He's already he's obsessed with making it bigger than Barack Obama.

He's talked about it like ten times.

In the middle, as Mitch says, of uh tough economic times.
