Ultimately, there weren't any red flags.
We had those moments that we almost wanted to walk.
In the end, I think it all turned out for the best.
I'm glad where we ended up.
It was definitely some nerve-wracking moments.
Yeah, so LOI is a letter of intent.
And it's basically, you know, instead of just you and I sitting over coffee and saying, hey, we want to do a deal, it's just putting it in writing.
And it's, you know, putting in general terms, you know, what we're thinking in terms of the value, what it's, you know, what is worth to us, how the deal would be structured, you know, timing, things like that.

Yeah, so Vodago is a social marketing and promotions platform.
We've been around for a little over nine years, kind of focused primarily on enterprises and large brands and agencies that will license our platform, whether it's an enterprise self-service platform or use us for custom development, professional services, things like that.
And we see this as an opportunity to really expand into the SMB market.
We've been thinking about it.
The timing is perfect.
So we're excited about the opportunity.
You know, we think it's going to be, you know, it's a good complement to what we do.
Not really much overlap and just seems like a really good fit.
I mean, we compete against, you know, I mean, obviously we compete against Heyo to some degree with the smaller clients and there's other competitors out there, you know, like Heyo.
And then there's the other, on the flip side, it's more of a, you know, kind of the bigger social marketing platforms that companies license as well as us going ahead against, you know,
large promotion agencies.
