Yeah, I think what I found similar or the similar things that worked as you get a little bit older are just focusing on certain areas.
So recovery becomes much more important than when you're in your 20s.
more boring gym work like stretching or
Pilates or yoga becomes more important than actually lifting big weights.
Trying to stay as flexible as you can.
So that sort of stuff was.
I think, yeah, that obviously is something that with experience and age, you can do.
