Right, and and they make fun of things that it's okay to make fun of.
And and you see these peop I I have these kids coming into training that are trying to find a life, but they have one of these issues.
So one thing that we did is we created an alliance with a doctor in Champaign by the name of Dr.
Scott Anderson, whose office was about a block and a half from our Jimmy Johns Training Center in Champaign, Illinois, and he always kept a chair for us uh at his office.
And so when when the new uh train
Would come to Champaign, Illinois every every Monday a new class started.
You know, 50, 60, 70 people come in.
We'd make them smile and happy.
And one thing that we looked for was: is there anything that we can do to help these people while they're here that they can't do for themselves?
And these are these are kids that work for other franchisees.
They're not they're not our employees.
They're just I want to help people with their self-esteem.
So we would make them smile and then identify.
People that we might be able to assist, whether it be a plastic surgery, fix a gauge, or or something with teeth and a smile.
And we would pull them out of class, you know, later on, a day or two later.
And uh Kim Landry, who's our director of training, had incredible bedside manner, and she would approach them and say, You know, you're a wonderful person.
Would you be interested in having us help you with this issue?
And I am telling you, Stan, I don't know how many hundreds.
Hundreds and hundreds of people that we did things for.
Where we would replace the two.
