Yeah.

So after the last round, we had the team.

But then we needed to look at the team and look at where the gaps were and how we could take things to the next level.

And so we did hire.

We hired in all areas of the business.

And because of my days at Goldman's, I was very used to hiring.

I started managing teams.

Probably when I was about 24.

I was quite early in my career.

And so I've always known the power of hiring good people.

Hiring good people, absolutely, even my corporate career, make me look good and make me be able to kind of outperform.

And so that's been super key.

Yeah, so I think, yeah, so I'm quite, I go off gut quite a bit, but we try to, yeah, gut feel is quite important to me.

But what I initially do is I'll have a process.

So I'll interview them.

And the first half an hour, I typically, obviously I see their CV.

And in my mind, it depends on the role, but I have an idea of the caliber of the kind of person that I'm looking for.

So let me take an example, like marketing hire.

So I wanted to hire someone to run marketing and I wanted someone who had consumer, fintech, app experience.
