So it's i it it's interesting in that regard that you could it tells you a lot about
you know, someone's predilections.
Yeah.
Uh uh I I'll give you another example of that happened to me.
Uh when I was working in radio, uh it was around the time of the first uh the sorry, the second uh
more seismic Ukraine invasion by Russia.
And um a lot of the sort of audio clips that we would use uh in a segment about Ukraine, I we would be, you know, watching YouTube videos.
And so I'd have to click into these drone, you know, really awful videos of sort of drone footage and drone bombings.
And it just persists
For about a year after, you know, that I would on my top recommendations, I would get Ukraine war, Russian soldiers captured, you know, it was an always incredibly graphic.
And and I would never click into them, but they'd always be there in the recommendation thing because it had made such an imprint.
Like for instance, TikTok says it needs a hundred to two hundred videos.
is to get a really solid image of of what you're into.
Um and so may YouTube, I I'm not familiar with how how long it takes, but they they're also very good because if you choose that recommender window and use the choose the top recommendation, yeah, I think it's four times, you get that whatever that idea is that you clicked into on steroids, basically.
I think as well it's it's it's really like vast.
I think that um compared with Spotify, YouTube, there there literally is endless amounts of of you know stuff going up there all the time.
And so you have a situation where it's not limited, you know.
I think there's there's a sort of official kind of status that Spotify brings, whereas YouTube could have been filmed on someone's phone.
