So it's doing HIIT where we know we could do HIIT with sprinting or running upstairs, but this is functional movements like mountain climbers or burpees or jumping jacks or air jumps, squats, jumps, right? So it's functional movements, right? done in a high intensity way. So if I'm doing that stuff at home, what I like to do, I have a sprint treadmill.

At the end of it, I learned this from Gabby Reese. She said she taught me this on This podcast we did, and I'm like, that's the smartest thing I've ever heard. I put balance training at the end because that's when I'm tired. You know, when are you going to have a problem with balance? When you're tired. I was like, oh, that's brilliant.
