It was the ceiling component that was intriguing.
No Devante Adams.
Parkinson's been a really great red zone threat for them.
And then obviously those looks could hypothetically be going more to Parkinson.
But I said on the show multiple times this week how he hadn't seen a 20% target share during the stretch where he was seeing a lot of fantasy production.
It was very much touchdown driven.
So what happens?
Well,
Colby Parkinson gets a decent amount of work, but he didn't find the end zone when that's literally what we needed him to do.
We were saying there's just a better chance for that player to find the end zone this week than there was when Devante Adams was there.
I mean, the Rams ran more 13 personnel yesterday than any team.
This is via PFF.
I think Nate Yonke was tweeting about this more than any team that we've seen over the last 20 plus years in a single game.
They ran so much 13 personnel.
And so that obviously allowed Terrence Ferguson to get more work, which is why I thought he was a good deep sleeper.
And that ended up generally hitting.
But I do think that people's minds are a little bit warped in the way that they view, especially tight ends and stuff.
Because when we look at projections, again, I've said this before, touchdowns could be 0.4 from a projection standpoint.
But it's more binary when you actually play.
When these guys actually perform, they're either scoring or they're not scoring, right?
