So sometimes it's non-verbal.
It's in the way that we show up with our teenagers.
Yeah, that allow them to recognise that they don't have to have this sort of fixed notion because it happens a long time.
So, for example, you can say to your teenager, you know you can come to me, right?
I mean, you know you can come to me, right?
And they're thinking, but can I?
