And that's what I love about that is that it like going back to the point that you made, it provides a really necessary, uncomfortable challenge to the things that we just take for granted or take them as
the design of the world that is unchangeable, where young people remind us that the world can be changed and in fact it will be changed by them.
It's that true fresh perspective that we always talk about, particularly in business.
And I'm I'm really happy that throughout this whole conversation so far we haven't mentioned Gen Z or Gen Alpha in any of those.

on autopilot to designate
these generational labels on particularly consumer groups that we're marketing to, right?
Maybe it'll unlock a deeper insight into the work that we do.
And so that's really interesting that your your average age of your team is like mid twenties.
