And then I transferred all of my all of my anxiety meds into it.

And now every night when I take my one and a half pills of Zoloft.

Yeah.

I smile so wide and I think about you and it just it makes me so happy.

So you brought me so much joy by doing this like one crazy little thing for me.

And it's just like such a good reminder, like that we can we have the power to impact our friends even when they're really far away.

And so when I was I was in Croatia a couple weeks ago

Teaching at a writing conference and my friend Tara loves like kitschy ducks.

And I saw these wooden statues of ridiculous kitschy ducks in bathing suits that were gonna be really hard to transfer home, right?

That they're freaking fragile.

And I was like, no, I'm gonna get this duck home.

And I like used one whole hard-sheled suitcase just to get this wooden duck home.

And

Th her face was exactly like my face when I saw my bedazzled pill bottle.

And you know, so yeah, you know, gifting your friends the thing that they didn't know that they needed in their life.

It's gonna be okay.

It's such a such a such a moment of joy.

We were gifting each other.

I know.

But because gifting is also my love language.
