So it's it's an estate.
And it strikes me that we keep starting everything, but if we're not finishing everything, I think we'd be better off having three finished estates than five half finished estates.
Because the problem then is you've got half ass ghost estates.
You've got an automatic problem now.
So no one wants so then the ones that aren't yet sold won't be sold because the builders gone bust and see now who wants to live in a half of a building site?
And then you've got dereliction issues, and then you've got anti social behaviour issues.
And so why why why is the government not backstopping?
some kind of financial backstop for supporting builders to finish off things.
Rather than leave them
unfinished and that we shouldn't be allowed in a town to start new developments unless there is an absolute plan for finishing the ones that have been started and have now been abandoned.
Because Mullungar does not need or any town anywhere or any city anywhere does not need a load of commencements without any finishes.
