So we have kids' classes, we have adults' classes.

Honestly, anybody from any background, any shape, any age, anything can come and get fit in a way that's completely unique and different to your standard gym.

We have our classes at Cresta Shopping Center.

That's where we have our theater and our circus space.

And yeah, it's an amazing space where you can come and learn some things.

You can come from any background whatsoever.

You can come with absolutely no training.

We will start you from scratch.

Everything is very safe.

We use really big crash mats so you don't have to worry about injuring yourself.

Everything is taught at a pace that's suitable for you.

And there's different level classes.

So you just, you know, start off at a beginner level and you get there.

So we take kids from the age of six.

So our kids classes are...

fall under the 6 to 12 age gap.

And then once kids are in their teens, then we encourage them to go into the adult classes.
