The two Cochrane reviews looked at how good the human papillomavirus vaccine is at preventing cervical cancer, which is the fourth most common cancer among women.

It kills about 300,000 people a year, mostly in low- and middle-income countries.

If you're vaccinated before you're 16, there's an 80% reduction in cervical cancer.

And that's huge.

But HPV vaccination rates are dropping in the UK, the US and elsewhere with the rise of misinformation.
