Skin health, body health, mind health, I don't know.
So it's interesting because
In the last, I'd say, six weeks, so there's been a whole new kind of, I don't know what you want to call it, but I think it's also in line with starting a business and going, how can I also practice what I preach and be even more conscious of my health?
So that means like I've made this special tonic and
that I get up in the morning and I drink on an empty stomach and I do, you know, I brush my hair and my teeth and my skin, do my whole skincare routine and I exercise every day.
So I don't know if you're aware of John Arden's Seeds of Life.
So SEEDs stand for sleep, exercise, education, diet and social connectivity.
And those five elements are things that if I can incorporate those in a day,
I notice I significantly like the scale and the scope and the stability of life is like significantly different.
So focusing on all of those areas from the minute I get up and it's not, you know, I'm 41.
I've got a lot going on like so many other people.
And then I've got my daughter as well.
And I've got, you know, all these things.
So it's about what's practical and what's actually effective.
And so I've got the three different products that I use in the morning and night from Vichy, and they seem to have started a whole new world for me with, you know, diet and exercise and all of those great things.
And I think it's well received.
Being 41, and I don't even know if age has got anything to do with it, but I really want to love my body.
I want to love, like, this body that gave me a little girl.
You know, I think that there's a deeper level of appreciation for how I take care of all the different elements that make me me.
