How old were you?
I mean, come on, but anyway.
Compelling, like, application form.
Before I was using ChatGPT or anything like that.
I just got heaps of smart friends.
But I got a place and here I am four years later finishing that.
And I had to do other qualifications in between that as well.
So it's been a lot.
But, you know, the funny thing is people know me from being an actress on television for decades.
And so now it feels as though I have to justify my credentials in some way.
I'm like, no, I promise I've studied really hard and I've worked really hard to get here.
And this business is not me, you know, like pretending that I've done something on a whim.
It's been, you know, starting at an entry-level job point, working my way up to now being a senior peer psychosocial recovery facilitator and part of a leadership team and, you know, really growing within an organization.
I've always done that.
I've loved doing that.
And that has taught me so much about the digital landscape of mental health and the access points as well because I think for me,
Within the last, I would say, two years, I started to develop my own private digital recovery practice.
And so that's where it's become the Modern Recovery Group.
And it's so exciting and it's really nerve-wracking.
But I'm 41 and this will be the first business I've ever launched.
