So at nine years old, my mom kind of dropped me into a French immersion school.
At the time, it was the 70s and she had never traveled anywhere.
And she took one trip to France, like a bus tour, a touristy bus tour.
She went there and she came back and said, OK, that's it.
You're going to we're leaving this country.
You're going to be a French actor.
I'm going to put you in this school.
And then, you know, if we have to split, that's that's what's going to happen.
And so she put me in the school.
I cried for, you know, probably six or seven months because it was horrible.
I didn't understand anything.
And I was doing math and science and history and geography and French.
I'm a totally different person in French.
First of all, I have a really high voice in French.
